1. What is iShutter?

iShutter is a selfie remote control that is designed and patented by Gigaflash Limited. It is durable (made of metal & slim design), water proof which comply to IP68, and support Bluetooth 4.0 BLE.

 

2. What is material used for the iShutter and iShutterSense?

iShutter is made by Zinc Alloy + PC Cover;

while iShutter Sense is made by Zinc Alloy with 24 Karat gold/ rose gold plated + PC cover

 

3. What is the battery of iShutter?

It is CR2032 (button battery) with 200mAh

 

4. Does iShutter support battery exchange/ charge?

No, it does not. It is because iShutter uses the latest Bluetooth 4.0 BLE Technology which is extremely low energy consuming and you could use it for 2 years (calculated as taking 10 photos a day).

 

5. What is the maximum distance for taking photos?

10 meters.

 

6. Any certificate for your Bluetooth products?

Gigaflash Limited is an associated member of Bluetooth SIG. For iShutter, it passed BQB, CE, FCC and RoHS certificates.

 

7. What devices can work with iShutter?

iPhone 6 / 6 Plus / 5 / 5S / 5C / 4S with iOS 7 or above

iPad 3 / 4 (New iPad), iPad Air, iPad Mini, iPad Mini 2 with iOS 7 or above

iPod Touch (5th Generation) and iPod Nano (7th Generation) with iOS 7 or above

Android devices - Samsung Galaxy S5 / S4 / Note 3 / Note 2. Please ask us about the compatibility of other android devices.

1. How to use iShutter?

First time to use iShutter – do the ' pair and connect '

a. Turn on the Bluetooth of your device and press the button of the iShutter.

b. Find ' MW-301 ' on the list of the Bluetooth device. Press the ' MW-301 ' to pair and connect.

c. Go to the camera mode of your mobile device and press the button of the iShutter to snap.

After the first ' pair and connect ', just turn on the Bluetooth of your device and press the button of the iShutter to snap.

 

2. Do I need to download App to use iShutter?

No. You can connect your mobile phone by Bluetooth and take photos by original camera.

It is also workable with other camera Apps (e.g. Camera360).

 

3. What can I do if there is a connection problem with my device and iShutter?

Forget the device named ' MW-301 ' on your mobile device. Redo the 'pair and connect'.

 

4. Can iShutter do the ' pair and connect ' with more than 1 device?

Yes, 7 devices maximum.

But iShutter only controls 1 device to snap while others need to have the Bluetooth off at an instant.

 

5. Do I need to do the 'pair and connect ' when using iShutter each time?

You do not need to. Just do the step on the first time when start using the iShutter.

 

6. Can iShutter control the video function of my phone and tablet?

Yes. Just go to the video mode of your device and let iShutter do the operation.

iCake is a Bluetooth 3.0 selfie remote control that is designed and patented by Gigaflash Limited. It is with seamless button design, supports manual and auto power off. It supports true color printing on its surface and is good for the customize patterns.

 

2. What is material used for the iCake?

iCake is made by ABS.

 

3. What is the battery of iCake?

It is CR2032 (button battery) with 200mAh.

 

4. How long is the battery life for iCake?

It could last for 6 months (calculated as taking 10 photos a day). And you could change the battery afterward.

 

5. What is the maximum distance for taking photos?

10 meters.

 

6. Any certificate for your Bluetooth products?

Gigaflash Limited is an associated member of Bluetooth SIG. For iCake, it is under approval by Bluetooth SIG and would be ready soon.

 

7. What devices can work with iCake?

-For iOS device, iOS 6.0 or above

-For Android device, Android 4.1 or above

-If your device does not work with iCake, download a camera App 'Camera360' to try.
